1705 This HMS Enterprise was originally a 24 gun French Frigate that was captured by the British and put into service in the Royal Navy.
1706 This HMS Enterprise was originally the HMS Norwich, a 50 gun ship that was commissioned in 1693. She was decommissioned in 1764 and broken up in 1771.
1743 This HMS Enterprise was another that was in the service a foreign power, in this case the Spanish, it was captured by the British and put int o service in the Royal Navy.
