This is a chronological list of ships named Enterprise, it's probably missing some, if you know any including non-Trek scifi or fantasy let me know and I'll put them in the list.

1705
This HMS Enterprise was originally a 24 gun French Frigate that was captured by the British and put into service in the Royal Navy.

1706
This HMS Enterprise was originally the HMS Norwich, a 50 gun ship that was commissioned in 1693. She was decommissioned in 1764 and broken up in 1771.

1743
This HMS Enterprise was another that was in the service a foreign power, in this case the Spanish, it was captured by the British and put int o service in the Royal Navy.

1774
This HMS Enterprise was a 28 gun frigate used by the Royal Navy.

1775
This USS Enterprise was originally being built in Quebec for the Royal Navy but was captured by American forces and put into service with the Continental Navy. It was burned to prevent capture in 1777.
