Hi Nitz!
It´s good to know that your new machine is running like you want.
I still have an old quad-core with 8 gb RAM as my main PC. I need to reserve some money and buy a new one. Wel... in fact my wife and kids uses the actual much more than me. It´s another good reason to buy a new PC. :D

I used to run a public minecraft server until my old company shut down. It was a lot of fun if not very distracting in the office.

I'm not even sure how to get on a public server, haven't tried yet.

I've been messing around with blender and I still hate that fucking program. I don't know how anyone can make the damn thing work.

Still frustrating me, but I think I'm getting the hang of it.

I'm going to start working on a small, single player game soon. I'll start a thread here about it once I get the idea fleshed out a bit more.

I tryed to use Blender too, but the program is complicated and don´t have a good interfece (at least for my taste). So I left it behind. I still use 3ds max and Sketchup is my second choice. ;)

I hated Blender when I tried it over a decade ago.

They claim the interface has improved within the last few years, but I still find it rather shitty. I know a lot more programming than I did once though, and Blender is open source. Maybe I can make an attempt at redoing the interface into something a little more to my liking. It would end up more like LightWave if I could do that.

Could that be a project to work on? hmmm!!!
