Let´s put some life back here... :D
I know that I have a huge backlog, but... I simply could not help myself.
When at work, I had an idea, so, in my lunch hour played a bit with her in sketchup, which I have installed in my old pc (a PIII with 512 RAM). I got the result attached, which I believe that has potential and, later, I´ll have to come back for her in 3ds max. ;) Forget the dirty kirkythea renderings, cause I´m still learning how to use it.

**** Dammit!!!! How to resize the renderings?

I should learn how to work it one of these days as I have been playing with the Unity3D game engine and don't currently have access to a CG program. The interface in those tutorials looks easier to use than Blender, I hate Blender, so not using a 3D program is a step up from that.

That´s it Nitz. Blender has a hard learning curve, which frustrates you a lot. I already tryed it too.
Sketchup is much more easy, and you can produce good things, easily interchangeable with other applications, you just need to make your mesh clean. :)
If you open Sketchup and try it just "to see where it leads you", you be surprised with what you can produce in a few hours, or even in a few minutes. ;)
For rendering you can use Kirkythea, which is free too. :)
